How It Works
Instead of selling chocolate bars or gift wrap, your group sells fresh, locally-made compost tea — an all-natural soil amendment that Toronto gardeners and plant lovers actually want for their plants.
It’s as simple as organizing a pizza fundraiser:
- Sign up and receive all fundraiser promotional materials
- Collect orders from families using SchoolCash Online (or your preferred method)
- Receive final June delivery date once Crooked Farmz plans delivery routes
- Submit your bulk order and pay Crooked Farmz via e-transfer (48 hours before delivery)
- Receive and distribute fresh compost tea at your school on pickup day
We provide all promotional content, logistics support, and optional classroom materials to make your fundraiser a success.
The Numbers
- Buyers pay: $13.50 per jar
- You pay Crooked Farmz: $9.00 per jar (66%)
- You keep: $4.50 per jar (33% profit)
Example: Sell 100 jars, collect $1,350 from families, pay us $900, keep $450 for your school!
